Q:    How much to ship a parcel within NZ?

A :   All orders will be shipped within 1-2 days of receiving orders (with the exception of orders paid by internet banking which will be dispatched once payment is received). Goods are shipped via  Pass the Parcel. For South Island delivery is overnight, North Island 2 business days, rural please allow please allow 3- 4 working days for delivery (a small extra cost for rural).

Q: My login details don't work?

A: If you have changed your e-mail or lost your password this may prevent you from logging in. Please try not to create another account, instead click on RESET PASSWORD and follow the link. Your password can be low security and easy to remember if you chose. Our online store does not hold any payment information.

Q: How do you apply the temporary tattoo?

A: Our temporary tattoos are fast and easy to apply.  The skin should be clean and free of oils, lotions and make-up.  Next, remove the clear protective top sheet.  Then press the tattoo firmly onto clean, dry skin with the design facing down.  Hold a wet paper towel, or cloth, against the back of the tattoo, press down and make sure to soak it thoroughly.  Wait 30 seconds and slowly peel-off the paper backing.  Gently rinse the image with water for best effect and allow the tattoo to dry before touching or covering with clothing.  To significantly increase the longevity of your tattoo, we recommend using a little rubbing alcohol to alcohol to clean the skin area first especially if you have oily skin or use lotion. ATTENTION: Don't apply to sensitive skin, open wounds, near eyes or if allergic to adhesive. 

Q: Can I Shower with my temporary tattoo? 

A: Yes you can.  Don't worry, water and most soaps will not remove your tattoo, but do avoid excessive scrubbing of ink directly. Let it air dry or pat gently to dry it.

Q: How can I remove my temporary tattoo?

A: You can remove the tattoo with rubbing alcohol, baby oil, or transparent household tape.  The temporary tattoos are resistant to water and most soaps.

Q: Are these tattoos safe for applying to my skin?

A: All of our tattoos are made in the U.S. using FDA certified colorants and every tattoo meet or exceeds of U.S., Canadian and European Union regulatory requirements including FDA, CPSC and ASTM. Safe and non-toxic, these tattoos meet or surpass safety standards for the cosmetic and toy products.  Not tested on animals, and contain no animal products.

Temporary tattoos are not recommended for those with very sensitive skin, or if allergic to adhesives.  Do not apply near eyes or open wounds.  Not intended for children under 4 years old.
