Terms & Conditions

No order will be dispatched prior to receiving payment unless specifically arranged with management.

We accept Visa or Mastercard credit and debit cards and bank transfer. All details are secure when ordering online using our gateway - eWay.   We do not encourage customers to send credit card details via e-mail. We also accept payment by direct credit into our bank account (account details are available during the Shopping and Check-Out procedure)  please contact us directly if you have any further questions.

Currency: Your account will be charged in NZD

By making a purchase you agree to the terms and conditions of sale.

Readings & Services:

Julie reserves the right to refuse, restrict or cancel a reading or service that she provides.  Reasons whereby this may occur include but are not limited to - overbooking, a lack of connection to spirit, external circumstances beyond Julie's control or bookings by underage persons (under 18). A full refund of the paid price is always given in these circumstances.

Julie reserves the right to end a reading or service if there any threatening or unpleasant behaviour.

By booking, paying or accepting a reading or service from Julie you agree that the messages passed on to you are not a substitute for advice and treatment from any medical, financial, business, psychological,legal or other professional advice. The messages are for general information purposes only and advice should be from a qualified professional.

You understand that having a reading or service provides no warranties or guarantees. Julie cannot be held responsible or liable for any action, decisions, emotions or interpretations you take as a result of your reading or service.

All readings and services are private and confidential.  This privacy and confidentiality can only be broken when there is permission from the customer to do so.

Under New Zealand law readings are for entertainment only and are provided on an opinion basis only. 

Cancellation Policy:

You may cancel or reschedule your appointment with more than 24 hours notice.  Cancellations or no-shows within 24 hours will not be refunded as when you fail to show or give insufficient notice I cannot fill the appointment time.

If you need to cancel with more than 24 hours notice then a refund is happily given.  You are welcome to contact me for a credit to be used within a year- a credit note will be issued with a coupon code which you can use to rebook.

Returns Policy

If you are not totally satisfied with any  product please email our office if there are any problems with our product. We guarantee to replace or refund without question.

Delivery and Freight charges (per NZ Standard Post)

We only ship within New Zealand at this stage.*

We pride ourselves on dispatching all orders the same day they are received (with the exception of orders paid by internet banking which will be dispatched once payment is received). Goods are shipped via  Pass the Parcel. For South Island delivery is overnight, North Island 2 business days, rural please allow please allow 3- 4 working days for delivery.

* if you are not in New Zealand and wish to purchase from us please send an email to sales@soulimpressions.co.nz regarding international shipping costs.
